Goal 1: Pursue Excellence in
Instruction.
Reaction: Our institution had been known for it's excellence in teaching, thus, our institution provide competitive students in different chosen field, especially in engineering. O8r institution comprises a strong foundation in teaching that it can incorporate student learning and thus it excelled in different program that it has undertaken. What our school got to do is to ameliorate and improve the program that it has been offered and aggregate all the ideas from faculty, admin, teachers and also of the student to be more progressive and productive in terms of instruction.
Sub-Goal A. Aim for Program COD/COE
Status.
1. COE in Mathematics
As far as I know the program was successful.
2. COD in Electrical Engineering
I can proudly say that or school is the center of Excellence in terms of Engineering.
3. COD in Information Technology
Sooner or later I.T. will become the next center of excellence in our university.
4. COD in Mechanical Engineering
School is taking more effort to improve the skills of our mechanical engineers. Students in this field are very competent and skillful.
5. COD in Civil Engineering
The program had been so successful, for many of it's student had been invade Hongkong because of their skill in their chosen field.
Sub-Goal B. Offer New and Innovative
Reaction: All the program below are very crowned, efficacious, extraordinary, flourishing, for many of the teacher who wants to pursue their master degree used to chose Mindanao University of Science and Technology, as their second school, this is the primary indication how in-demand our school is in terms of this degree. I can say that our school is one of the most efficient school in term of excellence in teaching in the courses that it has offered.

4. Sustain SUC Level IV status of the University.
Sub-Goal D. Widen Access to Higher Education through Non-Traditional Modes of
Instruction.
1. Promote and implement CHED’s deputized programs of Expanded
Tertiary Education Equivalency and
Accreditation Program (ETEEAP).
4. Ensure intellectual property rights registration and licensing agreements
for transfer of technologies.
5. Aim for distinctive research awards.
Goal 3: Pursue Excellence in Extension.
Our school is really giving more effort in this field, in fact they have their own office in the new building, which proves that our school is very serious in extension services. Or school is in fact comprises for successful extension school in MIsamis, Oriental namely Panaon, Oroqita, Jasaan and Lourdes. I can barely say that our University is very much serious in pursuing excellence in extension which mission is Use the University's products and services, generated through research and instructional activities, to improve the quality of life of the most depressed communities in the university's sphere of influence using an integrative approach to community development as well as, provide the needed high-level expertise to contribute to the industrialization program of the industries in the area.

extension projects.
4. Provide consultancy services and expand networks.

1. Create a research think-tank that will address policy and technical issues
related to energy and environment.
2. Become the leading National Research Institute in the fields of energy
and environment.
3. Commercialize sustainable technologies on energy and environment.
Goal 5: Promote Student Affairs, Welfare and Success.
1. Attract quality entrants to the University.
2. Promote the students’ wholesome and holistic development.
3. Continuously improve student performance in the Professional Regulation
Commission (PRC) proficiency exams.
4. Promote the students’ cultural awareness and appreciation of skills in the
arts.
5. Strengthen the reward system for student achievements.
6. Provide more scholarship grants to deserving students.
Goal 6: Maximize Library and other Resource Support to the
Teaching, Learning, and Research Environment.
Reading is regarded as one of the most enriching habits for the simple reason that it is not just a hobby or a pass time that entertains you, but it is also an educational activity and hence brings to you a vast reservoir of knowledge. Reading increases the drive for knowledge and inspires people to gain more information. Thus a library is a treasure of valuable books for the people to use and gain from it. Our library is a place where not only books but also magazines, journals and newspapers are well-stocked for the benefit of the readers. Beside this one can also get the entire atlas, Encyclopedia, etc. to know even the minute detail of a thing. It is a treasure-house of knowledge which or university must be proud of. It helps the spread of education. A reader can either read the in the library or borrow the book of his choice and take it home. Our library is a popular place in the academic curriculum.
A well established library is essential for any academic institution. As a focal point for teaching, learning, and research, it is expected to provide standard information resources.Our library have always served as access points for information. Services have evolved from the days of closed stacks, through shelf browsing and card catalogues, punch cards, and OPACS, to the concept of open access and institutional repositories

Today, academic libraries are struggling to keep their place as the major source of inquiry in the face of emerging digital technology.

1. Upgrade library resources to University standards.
Our library is one of it's kind, a good facilities and compose of librarian with pleasing personality.
2. Develop and sustain the E-Library.
Fact:
The University Library is composed of the Undergraduate Library and the Engineering/Graduate Library. The following are the total areas of the facilities:
Undergraduate Library - 316 sq. meters
Engineering/Graduate School - 288 sq. meters
The Engineering/Graduate Library and the Undergraduate Library can accommodate a total of 160 library patrons at one sitting. They have the Online Public Access Catalog(OPAC) and the ProQuest Online Databases as part of their services. The Libraries have Wi-Fi internet connection available for library researchers to use.

Our E- Lib is well developed, but why is it that some of the important site cannot be open when infact if we are going to sum up the total payment per our in using it it cost Php 20.00, God please think about it. We cannot even open blogger.com we tend to go otside to make our project where is the essence of building that e-lib?

Goal 7: Implement Massive Infrastructure
Development.
Our university is taking p massive infrastructure starting last year until this year.
High quality and fantastic design building had been exposed to the public and was comfortably used by it's student.





Our institution is on to it, and the human resource that we have is at least good and provides human resource information.
The importance of human resources within an organization is becoming increasingly understood in today's rapidly changing and uncertain business environment. In order to assist employees in helping an organization to reach its strategic goals, effective human resource managers often gather job related information in a job analysis and job description, which is vital to creating or re-designing jobs which provide employees with a high level of job satisfaction.

2. Create and maintain an organizational culture that supports the vision,
mission, and values of the University.
3. Establish the institutional knowledge and data base system.
4. Ensure smooth flow of University news for internal and external
audiences.
5. Foster good media and public relations.
6. Coordinate the University image building and branding.
Goal 10: Ensure more Efficient and Effective Resource
Management and Generation.
As far as what I had observed, or school is very much particular is very good enough in handling budget for I had observed that their is a big change and improvement in or school. i can say that Effective Resource Management and Generation in this school is purely good and was used in proper way.
1. Manage budget efficiently and effectively to finance the University’s
various programs and projects.
2. Maximize income potentials of income-generating projects.
